Some amazing traditional italian. Started with a fresh mushroom salad and then a pumpkin mushroom entree. The mains were pasta, either ricotta or pumkin filled ravioli or tagliatelle. The pasta was freshly made and so soft. There is a nice selection of deserts and a little grappa to finish it all off. Perfecto.

We stumbled upon restaurant Podere Miranta by accident during our stay in the area, and we were not disappointed! The setting is beautiful, the restaurant is situated in an old hay barn. The food was some of the best we had during our stay in Italy. The menu is only available in Italian, but the staff was really nice and helpful. Highly recommended!

Podere Miranda is an excellent trattoria in the Collecchio countryside. The beautiful location surrounded by greenery offers large, truly pleasant outdoor spaces in the appropriate seasons. For the rest, the internal room with the fireplace is warm and welcoming. The dishes are all well made with a skilful search for fresh and seasonal raw materials. The cuisine is typically regional and full of local specialties. The service is efficient and the welcome is friendly. Excellent cellar with good value for money
